How to use Meeting Cost Calculator
Quick steps — simple and practical.
Enter a Meeting Title — this is required.
Duration: enter minutes or use formats like 30, 10s, 1h 15m 30s or 01:15:30. Leave blank to start a live meeting without a planned duration.
Add attendees: add name (optional) and hourly rate. Click + Add attendee for more people.
Calculate to see total & per-minute costs. Or Start Live Meeting to track real time — when stopped the meeting is saved to history.
Load from saved meetings to re-open a previous meeting, then you can Start it again. Use Export history (CSV) to download full names and per-attendee costs.
